This is clearly one of the most polished Silverlight games I have come across so far, excellent work!!!

What really won me over was the cinematic zooming in on objectives at the start of missions, and how the side thrusters go off when you rotate your ship, little touches like that are what really stand out. The music is excellent too, reminds me of Battlestar Galactica :D

Might I ask how much time you spent making it approximately?

	DDtMM, the version on your site that has mouse control is great. I find it much easier to steer the ship. I would love to see more rapid fire and more enemies to shoot. Good job!

Wow, very impressive. And you say you're not a graphic designer?
The zoom in and zoom out during the whole action, the effects that make us feel like we are indeed in outer space are key elements of the experience of VSA.

I don't know if it's the estrogen or the fact that my poles are inverted (I'm not sure what that means) but I suck at it and I feel like Beyonce: I wish I were a boy, just to be able to play your game better. The men I know who have played this game have no problem going way further than I can.

Still, I find it terrific.

Holy crap limegreen! I never thought about using the mouse, but that seems like a really good idea. The only problem is that in later levels you need to use the mouse to control turrents, but the only ship that uses turrents is really easy to control with keyboard (rather large).

It's actually killing me a bit, because I already have the code to do that. Oh well, expect to see that feature in a week.

I like the concept of this game. A simple space shooter with missions as opposed to increasing waves of enemies. I also really like the camera work and "Battlestar Galactica" type sound track. Another great thing is that the universe is endless and the ship is not confined to one sector of the screen. I am not an avid gamer and I had a really hard time controlling the ship. Even after I changed my controls options (great feature by the way) I still had a tough time steering the ship where I wanted it to go. Perhaps having the ship follow the mouse would be easier? Also, it seems, at least for the first two levels, that there needs to be more enemies. I had a tough time finding the ships I needed to shoot. This game has a lot of potential. I recommend getting more feedback and keep improving on it!
