Andy Beaulieu has updated his Physics Helper for Blend and Silverlight. As he explains it contains several Behaviors and controls which allow you to draw objects in Expression Blend 3, and have those objects translated directly into Physics objects using the Farseer Physics Engine. This can be a great time saver for creating games, as it is traditionally difficult to line up underlying physics bodies and geometries with your Blend artwork.

I found Janete Perez's posts on how to import Adobe Photoshop files in Expression Blend 3 Preview very detailed and explicative. She starts with an introduction to slowly cover the many elements of graphics editing in a total of 3 posts. Thank you Janete!

I found this tutorial extremely useful for casual game development, where many times we want to prompt the player to choose one of many options like a level of difficulty or the number of players, to mention only a couple. It shows how to change the look and feel of radio buttons to make them fit the design and theme of our game. By Jory Schossau.

Alex Knight Has a new website about all things Silverlight for graphic designers called Silverzine.
On this tutorial he gives us an idea about cleverly using gradients in Expression Blend. He sure knows what he's doing and it looks great. Check out the rest of what Silverzine has to offer. To this day there is not a lot but I foresee nothing but good and worthy stuff coming.

Handy tip from WPF Wonderland to move around your Blend artboard without having to go aaaaall the way to click on the hand tool and then having to go aaaaall the way to click on the tool you were using before. So I guess it's either for lazy people or people who like to do things fast.

This is part 2 of the 3 part series "Designer / Developer Workflow", called "A Step-by-Step Introduction to Styling, Templating, and Animating in Expression Blend". I found it relevant to the Silverlight gamers community because it focuses on starting a project from scratch and clearly divides the tasks and sequence to be worked on by both the designer and the developer. I feel it is suited best for people who are discovering Silverlight.

I found this very useful. It's an article series that cover the following:
Module 1: Getting Started – Architecture / Framework
Module 2: Movement and collision detection
Module 3: Design – Sprites, boards and dialogs
Module 4: Animations and sound
Module 5: Initialization and Deployment
Module 6: Advanced concepts (Physics, Multiplayer, Optimization)
I believe the last one so far is module 3. Interesting.
